Development update
If you drive by 8 Railway Ave North, you will see our ICF foundation is set and backfilled to grade. While we understand our building is small, it will be mighty! We will be methodical with placement to ensure functionality. The golf simulator will be a single screen operation with a limit capacity. This project is completely funded by grants so the development had to be on the modest side. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the Village office.
