By signing this agreement, you agree to participate in the Village of Lomond’s Fall Festival on Oct 3rd, 2026, between 11am-3pm, at the Lomond school track field. There is no cost to participate. You agree to only sell the items listed above to avoid competition/conflict among other retailers. You assume all responsibility to manage your booth and remain on site until the completion of the event. You may only leave early if you sell ALL your goods. You must leave the booth in a cleanly state, remove all your items and dispose of trash appropriately. You assume all responsibility to replace any broken or damaged items provided such as but not limited to table/s, chair/s, tablecloths, etc. If damage occurs, the vendor is responsible for repair and/or replacement. This is an outdoor event.

Gravel & Dust Abatement September 2nd

Please be advised the Village will be grading, gravelling and laying dust abatement on our roads this week! Gravel/grading to start today, September 1st afternoon and Dust Abatement September 2nd.

Community Vibrancy Project Update

Thank you to all who participated in our community discussion regarding the Buffalo Plains “Vibrancy Grant”.
After much discussion, the Village is excited to announce the starting process of building Lomond’s very first “Health and Wellness Center”.
We are still in the beginning stages of the project but here is a sneak peak into what we’ve designed thus far.
We have been fortunate enough to receive $25,000.00 through Buffalo Plains “Vibrancy Fund” being paid out annually in November with hopes of further financial aid in our project.

Village of Lomond was also selected to receive another $15,000.00 from Community Foundation of Lethbridge and Southwestern Alberta as part of  there 2026 Community Priorities Grant Recipient towards our Community Health and Wellness project.

We thank you both for your support towards our project.

Office Closed during Christmas

Just a friendly reminder that December 23rd will be our last day open before the holiday break. If you have any outstanding balances and don’t pay online, please feel free to stop by the office on December 23rd to make your payment.

To help avoid any interest being added to your account, we encourage you to have your balances paid before the end of the month. Any payments submitted while we’re away will be processed when we return on January 5th, and we’ll honor the payment date noted on your submission.
